301: 7 Miles of Antique Stores! Adamstown, Pennsylvania - Antiques Capital USA

I had a full day to spend in Adamstown, Pennsylvania. I saw advertising that boasts of everywhere from 1,000 to 5,000 antique dealers. I don't know what the actual count is, but there were LOTS!!!! More than I have ever seen in one place before!
I started at one end of Route 272, and shopped all the way to the other end. I missed a couple of stores, but don't worry! I came back later in the trip and made sure I visited EACH AND EVERY antique store along that stretch of road!

Articles and advertising about the town state everything from 1,000 to 5,000 vendors. When I did the thumbnail I had forgotten that I mentioned the count in the video and the 5,000 count is what I found online. Somewhere is the middle is the correct count! 😁

It was a great place. I think it would be fun to visit anytime! There were only just a few things that were happening only during the extravaganza. Other than longer hours, shopping there any other time would be much the same.
