My Dad used to drive us down Lombard Street all the time when we were kids. One day we complained that we'd already gone down it before so he said, "Yeah, but you've never been down it backwards!" You should get a kx100 big wheel bore to 125cc & put extra long fork tubes & a bigger shock for the rear with maybe a little longer swingarm for crazy high & long jumps, but keep the motorcycle as light as possible & it being a big wheel 85 or 100, it's still small & can get into tight places like skate parks & other areas in the city. You could also put a super quiet silencer muffler so your bike is super quiet, & maybe motard wheels & tires for good grip on the streets.
