Anyhow, this video ya really opened it up around 1:28. Those who were around in 79-82, the Dancers prior and after these years have done well keeping Steadfast as Stewards of the Dance. Its a trip to think when eventually people bounce to the next trend and fashion, giving no thought to preservation, I think it is impossible the Foundation of these Styles shall ever fall off, rather move Forward & Rock on!
Money B still holding it down for Playboyz Inc 33 years after it all began. Respect!

I have been watching your videos for a few years now and i have been practicing.I am not the best and neither are my friends. We love to dance but there is no place around our area that teaches breakdancing. You are the closest thing to being a teacher. You might not read this but i wanted to let you know that every video that you post inspires myself and my friends to get up and feel music the way you do.Music helps certain people get through their day and all i wanted to say was thank you. I would like to add that i search every where for workouts on power moves but no site seems to be useful,if you started adding workout videos to build up to the power moves i think that would be great.

Yo I appreciate your kind words. Please keep it up. When I was younger I pretty much taught myself in a garage and when I got older we found a community center that we used to train at. I'm glad that you have friends that enjoy dancing as well. Keep up the good work. I will be making some workout videos soon just to help with conditioning and reaching your goals.

Petair has workout vids, also do lots of calisthenic exercises. Once you can support your own body weight the rest is most just balance, flexibility and timing.etc...So for balance or flexibility try yoga, capoeira martial arts will help with power moves and gymnastics/tricking/parkour will help with aerodynamics and much more...

Aritra Dutta Check out my flow and also get down videos. You can get up using the same motion and moves. With stuff like that it is really up to you to get creative with it.
