A beautiful reaction for one of Nightwish's songs with an intensely optimistic message. I'm glad you decided to continue exploring this real treasure of diamonds and pearls. And thanks for the shout-out!
It's hard to light a candle.... what a beautiful lyric. Not Thomas's own words, but masterly to include the phrase. Having seen and loved a concert rendition, sound out Andra Ariadna's cover. You won't be disappointed.
If you really want to see Marko sing out in front of Nightwish (literally), please take a look at their song "The Islander" live at Tampere. Your heart will melt, I'm sure
Great reaction - thank you. I just want to add a shout-out to the film maker, Villi Lipiainen, who has made so many of the Nightwish official videos - his work is brilliant, giving us multiple viewpoints, audience close-ups, general overviews, individual band-members, always on the right spot at the right moment, never leaving us feeling that we missed anything - such skillful editing is a real art in itself, and it makes these performances even more fulfilling to watch.
There is more about Floor than Nightwish. Search for Floor Jansen with After Forever, with Beste Zangers, with Ayreon, with AFAS. Floor has a sister Irene who sings too. Together they did the chorus in Star One project. Search Floor and Alone, a cover of the Heart song. And more..
Floor said she was very nervous for her very first show with Nightwish in Seattle, but the instant she hit the stage it disappeared and excitement took over. 😄🤘
Many thanks my friend for a fantastic reaction and thank you for giving general Gabriel a shout out well deserved General for All the hard work you do for nightwish sir love and respect from the UK and all the nightwish army and many thanks Mrs realistic 👍👍😀😀🌟 amazing channel 👍
🤩👍💥💯🎼 It is sooooo easy to forget the fact that these are true LIVE performances. The whole band is tight AF on stage, day by day, month after another, from year to year...And all the props to Vee Lipiäinen for capturing these moments "on tape" 🎥 Nice reaction mi lady and don´t ya forget to Keep On Rockin´ with this magical band!!! Greets fron Finland. 🤘😎💙🎶
Nice reaction ❤ Kai Hahto is the current drummer since 2015. Jukka had to leave because of his bad imsomnia. I miss Jukka so, his style and drumming, but Kai is very professional and so good drummer. Tuomas, our metal Mozart, I respect him so much. I watched one document and a person who interviewed him asked why Nightwish is not much played on radio. Tuomas said he does not write music for radio. Next time when I go seeing them live, I have three questions to ask him, but I don't say those here before I meet him.
Tuomas sang on a couple of songs (The Carpenter, Astral Romance, I think a 3rd one as well) on the Nightwish debut album (Angels Fall First 1997), also live, and afterwards he said: "Never again!" They had a few guest singers, when male vocals were needed. Tapio Wilska, a big, tall man with growly voice, and Tuomas' good friend Tony Kakko, from another Finish symphonic metal band, Sonata Arctica. They even re-made a song from the debut album, with Tony replacing Tuomas' vocals. Marko joined Nightwish in 2001, bass and male vocals. Tuomas sometimes sings off mike on stage, and windmills/headbangs too - have you seen yet? (7 Days to the Wolves, Wembley Arena 2015; Weak Fantasy, Tampere 2015.) When they rehearsed, while touring last year, the songs for the new album, to be released later this year Tuomas sang the melodies for Floor. I was a bit surprised when he told that. Usually he used keys/piano for that. But it's nice to know he is not too selfconscious to "teach" Floor how to sing. I do not know how that works. He's definitely not able to hit all the notes he writes. It would be too much talent for one man if he was a brilliant vocalist too.
Haha! Well some people are blessed with it all! I must say, people like Ren, who I've come to adore seem to have been blessed with good looks, intelligence, song writing abilities, musical talent and rapping skills! But he had to fight for 10 years through pain and being bedridden, from misdiagnosis after misdiagnosis until they finally realized he had Lyme disease. So it wasn't always roses. I look forward to hearing the new album from Nightwish!
When you look out over the crowd at a Nightwish concert, all you see are smiling faces. They'er one of the most fun bands I've ever seen. You nailed it with your comment on the positive message Tuomas brings with his writing. His mind brings magic to his music. When Jukka had to stop playing due to sever insomnia he suggested Kai replace him on the kit. They're so different in their playing but both are monsters. Kai is known as the human metronome. First time I saw him was Shudder Before the Beautiful at the 2015 Wembley show - my first thought was a machine - in the best possible way. The more you hear Kai play the more you will pick up little subtleties he throws in. He's a kick to watch as he plays with his eyes closed. If you wanna hear what kind of pipes Marko has, listen to High Hopes. You won't believe your eyes and ears. I read a Marko quote once where he said when Floor joined the band he didn't have to hold his own vocals back like he did with Tarja and Anette. It wasn't a knock against Tarja or Anette, it was only a comment as to the power of Floor's voice more closely melded with his full power voice. He has an incredible voice
It honestly sounds like they work together even better now... like they've sharpened their musical sword. I really loved Jukka, I hope I like Kai as much!
That is probably the stupidest thing Marko has ever said. Just watch "End Of An Era", or any other live recording from Tarja era, and you can see that Marko sings and screams like never before (or after). He doesn't hold back one bit. Even if that was true, it would be audio technicians fault because they use mics. You can adjust their volume levels or compression and singer can take distance to the mic. Only situation where that "overpowering" would ever be an issue would be an acoustic session, but even then I really doubt Marko would need to hold back against an opera singer, who happens to be soprano, so their frequencies shouldn't overpower each other. Anyway, they all have very strong voices, but Marko's comment doesn't make any sense.
@@MrsRealistic just to clarify something, while we all appreciate Gabriels efforts ,I,m sure he would say that his list is merely a suggestion and not meant to be a reactors only source for song and venue recommendations that would make everyone else's recommendations obsolete, but many of the newer NW fans tend to push this on reactors so they think Gabriel is somehow representing this massive YT fan base, but as he is self appointed tho admirably so by taking over for Ann W. -who never allowed any reactor to see her as such,he is not an appointed representative for us but a participant as we 'ALL' are ,and a great many fans have equally valid recommendations, links, and venue suggestions
As all of us can see the chemistry between them is unique. They really enjoy what they do. That's why they are so amazing. Thank you again. Greeting from Greece.
Another great reaction!!! Check out High Hopes by Nightwish to hear Marco take the lead. Great song and you'll see just how good the band truly is! Keep up the great work!!!
I think it's time to react to Floor's friend Simone Simons and her band Epica. A rabbit hole as big as Nightwish. Most reactors watch Consign to Oblivion live at the Zenith as a starter.
when this song gets going cause it build its a very uplifting feeling such a cool fast paced i mean you can see the passion she has and feel it i love the progressive nature of this
Two-o-mas is the genius behind nightwish. He writes the songs, on a rare occasion Marco may help him (viking)with lyrics.. Kai on drums, and emppu on guitar. A very tight band.tuomas has written so many great songs, and he headbangs as hard as the crowd! What a joy it must be to see your creation bring joy to so many people! J's are pronounced as Y's. Jukka is yukka etc. To complicate things. In 2021 Marco left, and the new bassists name Jukka! Hope all this helped.
Enjoyed your reaction! One of my favorite lyrics "Harder to light a candle, easier to curse the dark instead". For me this means it is harder to be a leader and to be that candle that shines the light on truth and the way forward but it is so necessary and very rewarding. The easy way is to just sit there and complain about things. I had an old boss from my military days who whenever someone would complain about stuff he would say your right, know your in charge of fixing it. Cut way down on the complaining, When I saw Nightwish live in Boston in May of 2022 the last 4 songs of the concert consisted of Last Ride of the Day, Ghost Love Score, The Greatest Show on Earth and then while the band was taking their bows the outro was the final movement, Ad Astra, from the 30 minute orchestral piece All the Works of Nature which Adorn the World which is Disc 2 of Human Nature and really showcases composing skills. Ad Astra includes a spoken word section from Carl Sagan's Pale Blue Dot that is profound and deeply impactful. It then ends with Floor singing this soaring choral piece that is so beautiful and uplifting. So much positivity and hope in those four songs. I have never left a concert more energized to go out and live my best life. Tuomas sang lead on a number of songs on their first album, Angels Fall First. They originally recorded the music as a demo tape to get a record deal, expecting to go back and re-record it once they were signed. The label who signed them loved the music as is and just released it as their first album. I think I read that Tuomas didn't like that first album because of how rough it sounded but now appreciates it as it shows where they started. Here is a link to their first music video, The Carpenter, where Tuomas is singing the male lead. ua-cam.com/video/Z4A5HwMOfW8/v-deo.htmlsi=1CEq8VGdJu_guyB2. From Angels Fall First and the video was released in 1998. It was their first music video and I love the late 90's feel of the video. Tarja's voice is stunning and Tuomas's voice isn't bad but not particularly great either and he hasn't sung on album or on stage since. Troy and Floor do a great version at Buenos Aries in 2018.
Thank you! Yes, your so right... it IS harder to be a leader, much easier to let others so the work and just complain! So much you could read into it and so much more I probably could have said, but I have a tendency to babble 🤣 And you're so lucky to have seen them!! Ahhhh! I'm so jealous!
I always enjoy your Nightwish reactions. Would like to recommend the next one you do is ummm? let me think? Actually any one will do, cant really go wrong. 😁
It’s hard to light a candle, easy to curse the dark instead!🤘🎸If you would like to hear Marko, try High Hopes from the End of an Era show in 2005. It’s a tribute to Pink Floyd.
It's very hard not to thoroughly enjoy this. From Floors opening line, to the last blast at the end I am usually grinning like a Cheshire Cat. Such a fun, catchy and optimistic song. It's rare to say but I think this version out-strips the Wacken version where it also closed out the show. Magic stuff.
You nailed it !!! This song has one of my favourite lines of all time: “it’s hard to light a candle, easy to curse the dark instead”. My mantra for life. If life throws you shit you can sit there and grumble about it or you can try to find a solution/make the best of it. So, Not so new Drummer : Kai Hahto is "The Human Metronome", or in my book Kai "The Machine Gun" Hahto ( is a Finnish musician and drummer). Hahto was a member of the grindcore band Rotten Sound. Hahto then recorded with the band Wintersun as a session drummer before joining them as a band member. Hahto has an endorsement relationship with Meinl cymbals, Pearl drums and hardware, Balbex drumsticks, Roland V-Drums and Finfonic earphones. On 6 August 2014, it was announced that Hahto will be playing drums on the forthcoming Nightwish album, replacing Jukka Nevalainen, who went on hiatus from the band due to insomnia, and Hahto performed on all live shows since that date. On July 15, 2019, Hahto became Nightwish's permanent drummer following Nevalainen's decision not to return to the band. And here is a link how to pronounce Names : How to Pronounce all the NIGHTWISH Names Like a Finn ua-cam.com/video/I36Mwwz3W88/v-deo.html PS: The Blond Bass playing Viking is Marko ! In this concert: Tuomas, Marko, Kai, Floor, Emppu and somewhere is Troy. The Current lineup is Tuomas Holopainen, Emppu Vuorinen, Jukka Koskinen, Kai Hahto, Floor Jansen and Troy Donockley. NWSU/FloorFan 🤘😎🤘.
Always a great addition when a reactor understands the message of the song. Jukka stepped aside in 2015 due to severe insomnia and migraines. BTW - It is Too-ohmas. Finnish is a very unusual language.
It's funny how people try to teach how to pronounce names in other language. Just navigate to Google translate, select correct language (Finnish in this case), type the name and press the speaker icon
@@tuomoauerI love when Marko speaks Finnish to the audience (also on the DVD "Undead indeed" by Tarot). I do not understand one word but just love the sound of the language.
The Hammer Quote Its Hard to light an Candle, easier to curse the Dark instead- an real Motto i try to life. And wonderfull that you really got the spirit of this Performance, and that it vibes that along with Your Mindset:) And Yes, everyone , at every Time the last 27 Years were an devoted Pro, when his Name were and is in the Bandmembers List. STay healthy
Excellent commentary. You are absolutely right about Nightwish and Floor Jansen. Between her vocals and Diana Ankudinova's vocals, I could die a happy man.
Hello again, greetings from UK This was another fantastic reaction, thank you 😉 When they performed this song at Wacken 2013 they let off lots of fireworks, I thought they might set fire to te stage 🤣 When they performed this song at Wembley they had the best backdrop video, it really made you feel as if you were on a carnival ride
You’re killing it MR🤘🤘 Where much music (metal or other) can tend to be formulatic (guitar riffs here and drum solo there etc.) Nightwish is anything but. Everyone does what is needed without having to be the “star”. Floor may be the front person and perceived as the star but she totally realizes and appreciates that it is the presence of all of them performing together at the very highest level that creates the Nightwish vibe and excellence. The juxtaposition of her insane range and presence and this bands hard hitting insane talent is incredible Absolutely kickass. Kai in “Beast Mode” on the drum kit…….as usual🤘
Imagine it.....after that song......silence.....they send you home........ Thank you this was it....... What do you think you have in your ears and brain?????? for I dont know how long......
This is a banger of a song, so full of joy and optimism. And, I want to thank you, I don't think for the first time, for noticing the entire band, and understanding what a true team effort their wonderful productions are. As for Marko (the blond Viking) try either his song "The Islander" llive at Tampere, or an earlier song, a tribute to Pink Floyd's song "High Hopes." Both of those songs will give you a true understanding of the scope of Marko's talent.
As you asked, [TWO-oh-moss] to use phonetic spelling meaningful to most of us Americans. I have been told by a few native Finns, if I understood correctly, that most Finnish names and words carry the accent on the first syllable. I hope somebody corrects me if I'm wrong about that.
I just realized that, when I wrote the phonetic "TWO," I intended that it be pronounced like the number 2. Apologies for the ambiguity! 😆@@MrsRealistic
Dave gave you the best version too. Lots of Marco but how about my No 2 NW song, Song of Myself. Marco's 2nd entry is so good I extracted it for my ringtone so I can hear it several times a day...
What a lovely reaction. Thank you. To answer a few of your points: 1. You pronounced Toumas's name beautifully. 2. No, he doesn't sing on any of their songs. 3. Yes, that was a different drummer. Jukka had severe insomnia for years, and the grind of so much touring just wore him down to where he had to step away. He has continued working with Nightwish behind the scenes, however. 4. Kai was the drummer for Wintersun and is exceptional in his own right. The biggest difference between the two is that Kai is a nearly perfect drummer technically, but not flashy at all. Jukka wasn't quite as technically sound as Kai, but man he was fun to watch. Hope that helps.
Very nice reaction, thanks! You should spell his name like two-oh-mas with "oh" stressed. He is an awesome person and a brilliant composer, our Metal Mozart. If you want to hear more personal songs for him, you can listen to "Dead Boy`s Poem" which is kinda his message to the world from his quote. Or definately you could listen to "The Poet And The Pendulum" which is one of his masterpieces. But it has a dark story behind connected with Nightwish`s 1st singer, Tarja leaving the band, which was a huge stress and depression for Tuo, due to Tarja`s fans hatred to him, so he almost commited suicide and wrote this song instead of it.
👍You are right about Tuomas compositions in combination with Floor, but,Floor had 2 previous bands were she wrote or co-wrote and you are in for a surprise if you watch that.🤘 ( Don't forget her latest solo album, softer but,TOP quality)
In fact,Tuomas has sung on early days of Nightwish but not much, here is example but video/audio quality is not so good because quite old track. ua-cam.com/video/NBX3ms6E9JU/v-deo.html
I am still not sure, whether Floor made a faux pas in her announcement. In her native Dutch language "wip" means a simple form of dancing, like balancing your weight from one foot to the other. E.g. a see-saw is called "wip-wap" in Dutch. But whenever a woman, dressed in full-leather, is talking about one last whipping to do, I am getting pretty nervous...😂
Tuomas doesn't sing on mic (though he can be singing to himself from time-to-time. Marco primarily sings (viking on bass guitar), but he has left the band. Troy (playing multiple instruments) also sings in the past, but does more now that Marco left. Although he's good, I'm unclear as to whether he has sufficient power when it counts. Also, languages derived from Germanic roots (old German) pronounce "J" like a "Y" as in "Ja" or yes. I believe this is fairly true in many languages. English, evolved some very odd transitions over the centuries. When you see "Ye olde" that is "The old". If you read an original copy of the Declaration of Independence, you would see spellings of words where an "s" would be would instead have an "f" - plus, there are many outright misspellings. Floor Jansen is (yansen), Jukka is (yukka) - you get the idea. Floor is "Flower". Jukka is one of many Finnish variations of John. Now that Jukka the drummer has left and Marco the bass player has left, the new bass player is named - Jukka. Finnish people - feel free to clarify things.
She had only 48h! for Wacken! Tarja was booked there, but she left the Band! [ FLOOR had2 little probegigs in Dez.2012 with Nightwish/ that was it til Wacken!]❤
Tarja had not been with the band in a number of years. Floor replaced Anette Olzen during the North American leg of the Imaginaerum tour. Her first show was in Seattle, which was the one she'd only had 2 days to learn the setlist. Wacken was near the end of the tour about 7 months later.
That's amazing that she could learn a huge set list like that in such a short time! It takes me months and months usually to just remember the words to a few songs 😂
You said you liked Marko's vocals - and although Floor is often the main focus where the singing is concerned, she took a back stage and let Marko close out the song. They are a team not a bunch of egos.......
You can see Tuomas often singing, but not to mic 😁 When they started the band in 1996, he was singing on their first songs. He’s not that talented or educated singer. Marko however, (the blonde ”viking” with a split beard) has been a lead singer on his band called Tarot.
1. Pause during the chorus :( 2. Pause during the guitar solo :( Summary: Horrible, disrespectful, and/or really poor timing of the pointless pauses. And that's barely halfway thru the song... sigh.
That's how REACTION channels work... and I think I mentioned, my keyboard wasn't working. But thanks for your lovely comment. I hope it made you feel better. 👍
A beautiful reaction for one of Nightwish's songs with an intensely optimistic message. I'm glad you decided to continue exploring this real treasure of diamonds and pearls. And thanks for the shout-out!
Thank you so much! I love their energy! You can't help but smile! Blessings! 🙏

Hmmm - I wonder how many shout-outs General Gabriel has had? More than anyone else in reaction videos? Someone must be counting......
It's hard to light a candle.... what a beautiful lyric. Not Thomas's own words, but masterly to include the phrase. Having seen and loved a concert rendition, sound out Andra Ariadna's cover. You won't be disappointed.
Kai was Jukka's hand-picked replacement. He's not quite as much of a showman, but he's a human metronome and a perfect fit for the band.
a b plus to Jukka`s a plus

and another "Marco's" song - While your lips are still red, live at Wembley, you will be absolutely surprised with his way of singing.
Great reaction - thank you.

I had an old boss from my military days who whenever someone would complain about stuff he would say your right, know your in charge of fixing it. Cut way down on the complaining,
When I saw Nightwish live in Boston in May of 2022 the last 4 songs of the concert consisted of Last Ride of the Day, Ghost Love Score, The Greatest Show on Earth and then while the band was taking their bows the outro was the final movement, Ad Astra, from the 30 minute orchestral piece All the Works of Nature which Adorn the World which is Disc 2 of Human Nature and really showcases composing skills.
😆 Got it! 😉
Watch romanticide, at the end of thefirst verse, tuomas takes a swig and you can see him putting it back on the right side. You're welcome!
Thank you! 😁 👍
Subscribed to follow your Floor/Nightwish journey❣️
Thank you!
5:25 Strong words, lady!
Thank you 😊🙏
You nailed it !!!
This song has one of my favourite lines of all time: “it’s hard to light a candle, easy to curse the dark instead”. My mantra for life. If life throws you shit you can sit there and grumble about it or you can try to find a solution/make the best of it.
So, Not so new Drummer :
Kai Hahto is "The Human Metronome", or in my book Kai "The Machine Gun" Hahto ( is a Finnish musician and drummer).
And here is a link how to pronounce Names :

PS: The Blond Bass playing Viking is Marko !
Thank you for the info!! 😊 🙏
Always a great addition when a reactor understands the message of the song. Jukka stepped aside in 2015 due to severe insomnia and migraines. BTW - It is Too-ohmas. Finnish is a very unusual language.
Thank you for the correct pronunciation!! 🙏
And wonderfull that you really got the spirit of this Performance, and that it vibes that along with Your Mindset:)
And Yes, everyone , at every Time the last 27 Years were an devoted Pro, when his Name were and is in the Bandmembers List.
STay healthy
Thank you! You too! God bless 🙏
Excellent commentary. You are absolutely right about Nightwish and Floor Jansen. Between her vocals and Diana Ankudinova's vocals, I could die a happy man.
Right?! So much beauty to listen to!
Hello again, greetings from UK
This was another fantastic reaction, thank you 😉
When they performed this song at Wacken 2013 they let off lots of fireworks, I thought they might set fire to te stage 🤣
When they performed this song at Wembley they had the best backdrop video, it really made you feel as if you were on a carnival ride
Thank you! I always love the pyrotechnics! I loved how the fire came out in time with the music!
@@MrsRealistic That is something they always do, not just fire for fire's sake, it is usually timed to the music 🙂
You’re killing it MR🤘🤘
Where much music (metal or other) can tend to be formulatic (guitar riffs here and drum solo there etc.) Nightwish is anything but. Everyone does what is needed without having to be the “star”. Floor may be the front person and perceived as the star but she totally realizes and appreciates that it is the presence of all of them performing together at the very highest level that creates the Nightwish vibe and excellence.
The juxtaposition of her insane range and presence and this bands hard hitting insane talent is incredible
Absolutely kickass. Kai in “Beast Mode” on the drum kit…….as usual🤘
Thank you! 😁
The beauty in here is mindblowing
Imagine it.....after that song......silence.....they send you home........
Thank you this was it.......
What do you think you have in your ears and brain?????? for I dont know how long......
Probably a lot of ringing 😅
This is a banger of a song, so full of joy and optimism. And, I want to thank you, I don't think for the first time, for noticing the entire band, and understanding what a true team effort their wonderful productions are. As for Marko (the blond Viking) try either his song "The Islander" llive at Tampere, or an earlier song, a tribute to Pink Floyd's song "High Hopes." Both of those songs will give you a true understanding of the scope of Marko's talent.
Thanks so much! I just love their energy. It's rare to find such a perfect mix these days!
As you asked, [TWO-oh-moss] to use phonetic spelling meaningful to most of us Americans. I have been told by a few native Finns, if I understood correctly, that most Finnish names and words carry the accent on the first syllable. I hope somebody corrects me if I'm wrong about that.
Thank you for that! I appreciate it! 🙏
Thank you! 😁
What a lovely reaction. Thank you.
To answer a few of your points:
Thanks for the info! 😁
@@MrsRealistic My pleasure.
Well done!!👍👍👍
Thank you!
Awesome pick 🤘Keep Going 🥂
Thanks! Will do!I love their energy!
Check out there cover of High Hopes by Pink Floyd. Check the live version from Wakken again.
British Columbia, Canada reporting in for duty. 🇨🇦 Great reaction yet again! 😊
Hey there! 👋 I was born in BC! How lovely to hear from a fellow Canuck, and from my home province! 😊
@@MrsRealistic oh wow. That’s cool! 👍
I can’t wait until you hear “Song Of Myself” from the Wacken concert. It’s one of my favourites. 😊
Wow! I had no idea! I'm glad he's still with us!
@@MrsRealistic and so do all of us :)
Thanks
Thanks, big video size 😁
You're welcome 😊
😮nice
TWO-aw-mas
Thank you!! 😁 🙏
Our General Gabriel is second in command.
Follow that dude
Tuomas sang on "Angels Fall First" album, if I'm right, but I have to admit, I prefer him as a composer, songwriter and keyboard player ^^
I believe Kai was Jukka’s mentor- Jukka was the #1 bad-ass as is Kai who is also a human metronome! Both are the heart beat of Nightwish!
👍You are right about Tuomas compositions in combination with Floor, but,Floor had 2 previous bands were she wrote or co-wrote and you are in for a surprise if you watch that.🤘 ( Don't forget her latest solo album, softer but,TOP quality)
The drummer before was Jukka (Yukka)
Yes, I loved him!
🤘🇫🇮👍😎🔥
the drumer is coming from the jazz scene
Also not quiet corr./ this was written for the Snow White+ The Hundsman Movie ll.❤
No way! That's really cool!
In fact,Tuomas has sung on early days of Nightwish but not much, here is example but video/audio quality is not so good because quite old track.

Thank you! 😁
That's what I was thinking too! 😆👍
Both drummers are great but different.
It will be interesting to see the difference!
🇬🇧 Norfolk strapped in for the last ride of the day ! Let’s do this 😊
Thank you! 😁
Jukka sounds Yukka,
Like "Yuck-a" or "You-ka"?
@@MrsRealistic you kka
@@leemarinus Perfect! Thank you! We have a plant here called the Yucca plant, but it's pronounced yuck-a

No. Anette was the singer and Wacken happened 10 months after Anette had left.
You said you liked Marko's vocals - and although Floor is often the main focus where the singing is concerned, she took a back stage and let Marko close out the song. They are a team not a bunch of egos.......
The perfect match up of talents!
It's Tu-omas with emphasis on the U
Thank you! 😁 🙏
The keyboard player's given name is pronounced (Two Oh Mas).
Thank you! 😁
Marko
Tuomas once sang briefly with Floor, in the song "The Poet and the Pendulum", in the last chapter.
You can see Tuomas often singing, but not to mic 😁 When they started the band in 1996, he was singing on their first songs. He’s not that talented or educated singer. Marko however, (the blonde ”viking” with a split beard) has been a lead singer on his band called Tarot.
kai is the teacher of yukka yukka has insomnia thats why he left
Toumas sang once..... then never again lol.
🤣👍
Too-oh-moss.....lol

Tuomas doesn't sing his music, he leaves that to the pros

1. Pause during the chorus :(
2. Pause during the guitar solo :(
Summary: Horrible, disrespectful, and/or really poor timing of the pointless pauses.
And that's barely halfway thru the song... sigh.
That's how REACTION channels work... and I think I mentioned, my keyboard wasn't working. But thanks for your lovely comment. I hope it made you feel better. 👍
although kai is decent or even good he is nowhere near Jukka. I miss him beating the drums into submission, and enhancing every song. from Colorado
Jukka really WAS amazing!! But I'm glad he put his health first!
