This lecture series has been a wonderful part of the end of every night this ramadhan, thank you! It is always nice to see someone who doesn't just blindly support the parroting of the Quran and actually looks at the guidance that is within the Quran...that the Quran was sent for (not just babbling with sounds and no understanding).
This lecture series has been an incredible blessing. Thank you Nouman Ali Khan for sharing this with us, may Allah SWT bless you and increase you in knowledge and wisdom
2. 01:47 🔍 Major sins are impossible to ignore and require conscious effort to avoid. 2.1 The use of past and present tenses in Arabic serves to illustrate continuity and highlights the importance of not ignoring major sins. 2.2 Major sins are always in your face and you have to go out of your way to sidestep them. 3. 03:38 🐎 A man's attempt to use two horses in a marathon fails as both horses tire out at the same time, highlighting the importance of continuous effort in avoiding major sins. 3.1 A man tried to use two horses in a marathon, one to ride and one to switch to when the other got tired, but it was a foolish idea as both horses got tired at the same time. 3.2 Getting away from major sins is a continuous battle, illustrated by the present tense used in the Quran. 4. 05:44 🍺 The Arabic word for alcohol comes from the word for a slow camel, while a heavy fine for a major sin requires proportional good deeds to remove. 4.1 The Arabic word for alcohol, ISM, was derived from the word used for a slow camel due to the similarity in slowing down when overloaded. 4.2 The burden of a heavy fine for a major sin, known as an Assam, cannot be easily shed and requires proportional good deeds to remove. 5. 08:40 📖 Quran teaches to seek opportunities for good after making a mistake, not for personal gain. 5.1 The Quran teaches to run towards opportunities to do good things after making a mistake, rather than seeking credit and using it for personal gain. 6. 09:20 👹 Trolls are people who intentionally insult and criticize others, even when asked to stop. 6.1 A person who purposely insults and criticizes others, even when asked to stop, is called a troll. 7. 11:05 🐜 Use this remedy 🌿 for severe bug bites that cause bleeding or scarring, but not for minor bites; ancient Arabs used appearance-based insults, but Islam teaches respect and avoiding major sins. 7.1 Don't use this remedy for bug bites that are not severe, but only for those that cause bleeding, scarring, or are caused by large and ugly insects like locusts or scorpions. 7.2 Ancient Arabs were not politically correct and used insults based on appearance, but Islam teaches respect for elders and to avoid major sins and behaviors that create ugliness between people. 8. 13:00 💬 Adultery and fornication are considered ugliness in the Quran, while the concept of fahisha encompasses not only sexual sins but also slander and selfish behavior. 8.1 The Quran uses kinaya to refer to adultery and fornication, teaching that despite their association with beauty and temptation, they are actually ugliness and can make a person's true self ugly. 8.2 Fahisha, associated with extreme selfishness, is fulfilled through the institution of marriage which promotes responsibility and accountability. 8.3 The word "fahisha" encompasses not only adultery but also other forms of ugliness such as slander and spreading rumors, and those who engage in such behavior are depicted as selfish and ruthless. 8.4 Slander is a major sin and spreading false accusations without evidence is included in it.
Lâ Hawla wa lâ Quwwata illâ billâhi'l aliyul Aziim. Assalaamualaykum (peace be upon you). Alhamdulillâhi Rabbil âlamiin. Allâhumma Salli alâ Seyyidinâ Mawlâna Muhammadin wa Sallim. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. May ALLÂH AWJ Reward you abondantly. May The Most Mercifull Make it Easy for all and Guide, Protect, Bless, Help us and Grant all of us Jannah. Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen…
Allah knows. Understand is not befitting to Allah. Understanding is a process of an object, Allah is not an object, He creates brain, conciousness and understanding. Allah knows our struggle

جزاكم الله خيرا Subhanallah when I make a Sajdah and are in desperate need Allah Always sends you 😭 I really needed to hear this lecture barakallah feek unfortunately I am still confused about the situation I am in I wish for everything to be over by now Ramadan is over and the devils Are Back Fully Reloaded😢🥺🙇🏻♀️ May Allah keep our hearts stedfast upon the deen🤲🏼
Please make duaa for me ummah I’m suffering from a tyrant narcissist psychopath Eid is for her sons who don’t fast for the son who married his “Christian” partner While i get cursed Sworn at physical attacked threatened on a daily bases!
You're in my prayers. Seek help from someone if possible or if you trust the authorities then report the assaults with solid evidence or atleast try to get out of that place. It's no good for you to be staying there. I hope Allah makes a way out for you. Make duas for your own self and btw you can make dua against those who are oppressing you. Allah hears and responds to the calls of those who are being oppressed by a tyrant. My words alone cant provide any comfort but I wish you all the best of this world and of the akhirah. Pls pls find someone you can trust and talk about your situation to them.
I think Islam is simply if you put Allah forwards you and forget all those who cause harm to you for Allah's judgement,if he became murtad you must divorce him otherwise marrying More than one wife even if he married chrstian still he is Muslim, but as you said if he refused to fast because he doesn't believe fasting is compulsory then he is out of Islam.
Ma shaa Allah may ALLAH SWT grant you more wisdom about deeper meaning of words in the Qur'an. Mostly the ugliness that I heard mostly in Muslim are they accusing someone or unbeliever they give they own accusations that person is going to hell, and they have rudeness on their social media to speak to those people because of the way they see how these people show inside of their account. They judge because of the way they know and not the hidden things they didn't know. And making assumptions they are better than them and that person is going to hell 😔
@bayyinahtv please read comments, people waiting for remaining parts already a month. If you said in beginning, that you will upload just part of Surah, it would be fair. But now it's kind of unfair marketing strategy, which I hope you didn't intend to do. But it looks like this for me, as it's been a month comments are ignored. Thanks for understanding.
Jaza K Allah khaira Respected Sir, your lectures and explanations are wonderful always love to listen , i used to read quran with translation from many years but your way of teaching is awesome blessings for me🙏 Sir can you please help me to understand of verse 7 of Surah Muhammad 🙏unable to under stand🙏
The reason passive aggressive and mean spiritedness exists is because they have not experienced themselves. This if your motivation is to teach by way example reflecting their behavior back to them… then you will be able to justify that with Allah. The idea being if you let them get away with that behavior and youve tried all the methods you have . That being your last ditch effort .. Then Allah will find you blameless. You are doing your best. But the Teachings miss Moses leaves his abusive family for 40 years .. to gain perspective amongst strangers …
May Allah protect me from all the major sins. I hope this wasn't the last episode right? There will be more or will the rest be uploaded on bayyinah TV?
Can you plz explain kalima tayyiba, with a word to word meaning(root words included)plus the tenses which are used, محمد رسول اللہ has been used in the present tense, Can u plz elaborate on this. JazaakAllah
Mr Nouman Ali Khan, thank for your video, I have a question if someone buyed a Riba based house ( low a fixed rate one) but then regret it and repent sincelery regularly, what should he do next knowing he can't burden that amount of money from other and can't refund the loan. Should he speed the refund by giving small part each year in addition of the monthly paiement to decrease the total amount interest? Or selling it despite knowing that interest are much higher now and the buyer may take a worst Riba base loan to buy it? I a make a research in 3 different languages in the net, and here what I notice : - first repent sincelery and ask Allah for forgiveness - seconds don't have intention to contract any other Riba based loan -finally do maximum to refund your loan to avoid maximum of the amount of interest in total, but you don't need to sell it because the sin is not the house or the loan but the Riba on yourself that you are paying. There are no clear advice but it's what I understand now, it's variate from one to another result some say to take Islamic loan to refund, and some other say to sell the house or just sincerely repentance is sufficient.
