I actually think it may have to do with 2 ghostwriters that push has dirt on and is subtly insinuating to let drake know that he has more info.Also he says "the only thing im chasing are two ghosts".So the 3 hearses may refer to drake and his 2 ghost writers.He also say this is just volume 1 and drake didnt even respond to this,so im just guessing drake figured out he has more dirt.
