Her being able to get up and finish the dance with her heel caught in her skirt was so impressive to me. I would have still been on the ground 😂😂

There honestly isn’t a single dance she did that I disliked. I loved them all and there were some weeks where I only voted for her 🫶🏻
Thank U , awesome video of all of Gabby’s phenomenal weekly performances! She & Val were pure joy to watch their partnership & chemistry the best yet in the history of DWTS, love al their clips & footage. I wanted them to win however placing second to Charli was huge for obvious reasons. Gabby & Val are my champs. .

Maybe it's just me but I felt like most of the dances had the same kind of dance movements just in a different order
Yeah....I've been feeling this way about Val, as a choreographer, for a few seasons now....He seems like a great teacher and his successes with partners speak to how he can pull out confidence in his partners (tho it can't be denied, he's gotten "lucky with the draw" more than a few times too, with the athleticism of the stars he got assigned. I've rarely seen him paired with an aging star...). But I also think his multiple seasons of getting far and/or winning has also made it easier to pick up on his distinct choreo style and start to feel "stale" about it, unfortunately. It's easier to see his go-to base steps when he has so many examples of his choreography, aired. He's an insanely talented dancer, but he's not a creative choreographer on the level of of Mark, Derek, or Jenna, it's true.
Heck, the Cell Block Tango freestyle he did here with Gabby is a recycling of the Argentine tango he did with Laurie Hernandez; same props too. DWTS re-uses songs often enough through the seasons just because they have to pick & choose which new tracks to buy usage rights too, per every season. But I think this is the first time I've seen a pro themselves blatantly recycle both a song and concept THEY already did...At least Jenna did the choreography for the freestyle, so it did still seem fresh to watch, in that respect.
I really hope the pros that typically don't get as far, get strong partners, next season. It feels like it's been among the same half dozen that get to the semi-finals for the past 5-or-so years. I'm really starting to suspect there's a "pay your dues" attitude going on with partner pair ups. The more senior/long-time members of the cast (minus Cheryl and Louis, for some reason) seem to get the more-likely-to-win partners....

definitely her tango, waltz, samba, paso , rumba, cha cha (finale). she has so many good ones love her and val
I loved the choreo of the jive & AT but those werent her best. Overall I think my favs are samba, waltz, and Paso!

@@allison3852 they definitely deserved first, but I wasn’t surprised they didn’t get it mostly bc Charli was more likely to get the votes (even though I voted like 400 times for gabby 😬). However, I think it was also partly because people didn’t want another Bachelorette winning, if Ally won Season 28 like she deserved to instead of Hannah, Kaitlyn wouldnt’ve gotten the backlash for winning season 29 (which she definitely deserved to win) and Gabby would’ve had much higher chances to win this season!
