I’m telling you now, there was a time when I would show him to my mates as a kid and no one ever rated his tunes just because they were all caught up on the mainstream shit. It stayed like that for a good 2 years, whilst he built up a real fan base in the meantime. He’s not as underrated now, but he went unnoticed in the uk scene for a very long time. I still consider him one of the most underrated in the uk scene just for that reason. He deserves more recognition for his ability & skill.

I am not a huge rap fan so this comment is even more valued, i work as a video technician on stage shows and did a show recently with Ocean in Kentish Town, This guy is insanely talented and in my eyes he is hugely under-rated, I was blown away with his lyricism and just generally being a cool dude, very polite and approachable. Ive worked with alot of artists who are absolutely unapproachable and even rude. Ocean isn't one of them.
I absolutely love this guy...Wizzy, you're a beautiful human being and I hope you get the recognition you deserve. Thank you so much for sharing your talent, even though it's been difficult in the last couple years
