Thats sooo rad! $230 skatedecks isn't even that crazy of a price for a skatedeck, i've seen skatedecks decorated by Pop-artists go for $400 on the low and $3000 at their highest. People who collect vintage skate decks easily pay up $1000 or multiple times that. Anyway, i'm super stoked for you that you got it!
