Obviously the CGI is better 10 years later, but my complaint is that there is just too much pure CGI in hobbit, which is why i like LOTR 100 more because its not like that. Lotr has alot of natural beauty, sets and actors. in the hobbit so much of it was just pure cgi.

the CGI in hobbit wasnt bad, there was just way too many scenes of pure cgi in the third one expecially. LOTR had more sets with cgi background.
