Flowstate Demonstrated at 2022 IBJJF Master 7 World Championship Superfight

This is a contest of mid sixties competitors. The larger one came down to Heavyweight and the smaller one went up to heavyweight to compete. The smaller one was going to enter at his weight but was challenged by the larger one to go up a weight. The smaller one did. Completely overpowered he had no choice but to use his knowledge of triggering a Flowstate. It helped him survive. It helped him work at peak defensive potential enough to weaken the larger more naturally powerful opponent. Indeed he actually did nothing in the video but survive … the opponent beat himself… and here lies the power of Jiu Jitsu
