I though this headphone output needs some protection (Resistor\Capacitor) between the amp output and the headphone jack ? Or a op amp circuit for the headphone output from the preamp ? Compared to say 100 watt 8 ohm speakers for example, if that volume is too high will it not destroy those headphones ?
Nice video thanks for sharing this very useful. I build a 60 watt solid state mono guitar amplifier and like to add a headphone jack to it, my question is where I should make the connections. Do I have to connect directly to the speaker output of the amplifier and what do I need to make this work, I assume it should be done with some resistors combination. Can you help me out with this.
can you technically wire the headphone jack directly in parallel with the output of the preamp?? I have a basic solid state amp without a headphone out and a dedicated pre amp and wanted to know if it was possible thanks.
Great work man! Can this type of jack be used for low voltage? I've got a K type thermocouple that I'd like to be able to plug in. Right now it's hard wired.
I need your help bro with colour coding of earphone wire capacitor ka dusra end peh konsa earphone ka wire attach karna parega and usb cable black k sath konsa earphone ka wire attach hoga please let me know ok
I want to add switch to the aux of Chinese amplifier so I won't have to be plug in out every time to change mode from Bluetooth to aux.... So with a switch... I can change mode.... Pls help ASAP ....thanks
i would like to connect this femal aux to my phone to get frequency then to speaker as I make class a amplifier can you help me how to connect those 5 pins of female aux

Hi, there's no voltage devider because of simple headphone jack. Happy New Year sir

Please wait, I'll make a video related with headphone output. Thanks
Great video, thank you for the info, will be adding to my Fluxion amp.
Glad it was helpful!
Hello, I have a 5-pin stereo female jack connector and I would like to convert it to mono. What would the procedure be? Thank you
Hi! My amp is mono, however it has two speakers. Would this circuit work anyway? Thanks.
I think so, just connect 2 wires from your mono amp. Good day.

How can I help you?
Can this be done on a transistor guitar amp? (No tubes) Thanks.
Yes sir. Thank you
Can i use any kinds of headphones to a guitar amp?
yes but I recommend high impedance type for good result. good day
