Dont worry Jyoti about all the hate comments. You’re one of the people that i love to watch discussing about the artists and their arts. Broke is a joke is a modern trap song added autotune which makes the rap verses sound like a song. Stan has been experimenting with his sounds and productions since a while and some of them are coming out amazing. Recently, an American rapper Young Thug (Jeffery Lamar) put out his sequel of compilation album with another American rapper Gunna. The album is called Slime Language 2. The whole album had a great influence on Stan which can be seen on his new avatar! Stan follows thug that I know, but Stan considering himself as a Gen Z artist and hopping on mumbling was quiet a surprise. I am loving this new phase of Stan, my personal favourite is the track Snake. The problem with this genre is it might sound annoying to freshers as the sound has an absurd texture and sound design is vvv different than normal rap music. Usually, the production are very simple yet sophisticated. However, the music video is being an issue sadly. Stan has left Nofiltr and started directing his own videos. Kudos to him for going independent and I totally understand the pressure he goes thru when steering everything on his music - from production to videos. That impacts the storytelling on his videos ofc. I mean the bar he set on Tadipaar, now everything seems dull No cap! And yes even such kind of music dont need much storytelling visually as they are audibly catchy and vibey! There are exceptions ofc, we can take Sicko mode music video for an example. Last but not the least, please do not be bothered when people are being a bit extra on you for not liking one song. You know Stan fans love him too much na. Hahah stay safe y’all ❤️

But yes, that's what I said, the audio is vibey and catchy, so one can enjoy that aspect of this song without caring about the lyrics. The experimenting he's doing in this avatar is going to push the boundaries in the scene for sure, but it also means that some people will not vibe with the new sound or care for it (just like with young thug), and the ones who do will only become stronger fans, which is great too. I enjoyed Snake but not this one, and I don't think that's a big deal. As long as the music goes on, we're here for it. ❤️

He uses a lot of `wipe his nose' gestures in his song It means basically to run up on somebody. It is the most used slang term in 2019. and he also uses other slangs like eg: slatt,slime

Don't expect him to top his previous work. Point made was, didn't care much for the lyrics in this one, nor was the music so grabbing that I'd seek this song out to listen to it specifically. But yeah, he's evolving, and in that journey some people will not connect with some songs, and that's ok.

Great Reaction guys you are doing an Amazing Job❤️. I'm from Pune and Stan ka Fan toh hoon hi main. Personally he's doing mumble rap but not all of his Mumble Raps are good. This song had melodies autotune and composition as well. But somewhere he lacked in Delivery and Lyricism. Somewhere in track he just added lines to rhyme the previous line that's all. You can listen this song once you're high 😂 (kidding) but as Jyoti said that we can simply vibe with the music without actually knowing the lyrics. Mumble songs are there which are Lyrical. Check out Travis Scott, Young Thung, Gunna, etc they do it so well even Lil Wayne does it so well. So Stan is just exploring the sound. It's okay that one song goes good and other goes not that good. But don't just spread hate for reactors. These girls are doing very amazing job. More power to you Jyoti❤️ and Shruti❤️.
