After going to Panaderia Colins in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico week after week, we finally thought we should find out just how they make their bread so delicious! What better way to learn than to make it ourselves!
Along with traveling this beautiful country that we call him, this year we want to take you behind the scenes into many different businesses like Panaderia Colins. Where else should we "work" this year!?

it's very cold
In the desert 25 mi outside Tucson is slowly heating up here too. The birds' water dish isn't covered in ice each morning like it has been since middle of Dec.
A bit warmer than usual - 1 C here in Milwaukee

My grandpa' was a baker too, he passed away very young (like 64) in a car crash, and he bakes until his last day. During the funerals (novenario) the rest of his team bring 2 massive basquets of the best boulangerie every day, (9 days) because my grandpa was respected and popular in the community, he was a great dancer and we had dozens of people who came for praying for him, and of course eating that tasty bread was the best way to honor him and say see you later 🐊 alligator 😎! He was so funny, and every time talking about him, we finish crying but for laughing about every story with him 😂 (🤗abue❤️).

Making food is nice but only lasts a person a day. Why not try learning trades like plumbing, masonry, roofing? Do a Habitate for Humanity - Vallarta! That lasts a person a lifetime.
How about a hamburguesa stand. That's the natural habitat for us gringos.

I have enjoyed this video the most out of all your other videos. This video shows more of the people, cultural of such a beautiful country. Rather then just watching you on an extended vacation like most other Vlogers. Thank you for thinking how to make your channel more enjoyable.

DavidDavidDavid That’s because they don’t really need to. There’s a huge community in which they function without the need for English. I’m not belittling the fact they have learned Spanish. It’s great they did. Especially Greg. Not so with Hillary although she has improved a lot in the last few months.
DavidDavidDavid It depends how old you are the younger you are the faster you’ll be able to pick up a language you have to be so interested in the language as well practice it with native speakers and you will acquire knowledge .

Hello Kennons! My input on your series of doing various jobs. Watching this video I couldn't help but notice how these guys make the best of what they have. Using towels to handle hot trays, reusing yogurt containers to mix eggs etc. My idea would be to create a fund to provide these hard working people with proper professional equipment, like insulated mitts to handle trays, aluminum bowls to mix eggs, etc. This would apply for any job you might try your hand at, i.e. waiters, plumbers, etc. Just my input, hope people out there agree with me
Oz Lopez Good idea. Those workers were also very nice and patient in taking part in the video and teaching them how to do it. It would be nice to help them with things we take for granted here.
Beautiful to see people working with their hands. Here in Canada everything is made with a machine. There are exceptions on Hutterite Colonies and some small family bakeries. Very hard working people, Bless Their hearts. These are videos I enjoy, about the people. RESPECT ! So Educational.Thank you Greg and Hillary !
