Basically, IBCC ki requirements hain keh apke Matric or Inter ke dono documents ki photocopies verified hon or envelope main sealed hon. Iske ilawa IBCC apke sealed envelopes or verified photocopies apne pas hi rakh lete hainn.

You can get the form online and then pay the fees and submit it at the Board of Intermediate Education, Karachi and then you can get your certificate on the next working day.

You can ask any of your friend and family member who is in Karachi, to get this done for you. Otherwise, you can get them attested via TCS. You just have to inquire about the process from your nearest TCS Office.
