I'm cackling at how everyone getting upset is acting like literally nobody has ever dared to make a joke about whoever is in government before and this is somehow controversial. "The government is doing a shit job" is probably the most common joke in history next to people joking about hating their spouses and self-deprecating humour, yet when the bloke from Legion says the prime minister isn't doing that well it's suddenly biting and personal. Don't show these guys "Have I Got News For You," they'll have a heart attack.

Probably gotten drowned out now, but at the time it was really weird. Not the first time it's happened either, I've seen people make similar comments about stand up comics too. Basically joking about politics is always going to upset someone.
I thought the point was to stay away from politics and be alternative. My opinion is there are enough politics on TV and the one show should stay away. If you want politics go elsewhere 🙂
