I wonder how the same wrong doers make it right though they got this chance since 2014. I see no intention whatsoever of home office to help those migrants in any way. I’m one of the victim of this flawed and the university prolonged my course beyond the visa limits and the home office didn’t allowed permission to complete my course. Since 2013 I am struggling to improve my situation to complete my course. I don’t have permission to work, study or even remain in this country. If I get ILR after 14 years it’s helpful and this is the rule when I came to UK but now 20 years only to get limited permission. It’s stupid and not in any civilised country accept this type of hostile environment.
