He privatized disaster recovery to save taxpayers - the taxpayers that are trying to recover from this disaster. And the previous one, and the one before that. I just want to say that I'm from one of the poorer states in America. It is inspiring to see a state that is so invested in it's people with so many resources, like fuel and generators for stranded areas. Good governor!!
