um just a quick lore drop lol a gnosis isn't something you need to become an archon its basically a high elemental energy source, to archons it useless unless they use it as a catalyst for more power. other then that its also a gps tracker from celestia to know that what all the nations are doing all the archons that did lose it seemed very meh about losing it and rather relived so yeah archon is basically a title in a sense granted to a being to rule the nation
I wanted to add that the gnosis was also used to control archon's movements as well, which is why archons were willing to give it away to the ice queen. They're chess pieces for a reason because heavenly gods play with them, symbolizing entertainment and lack of humanity. Thats how all the nations were used to destroy khaenri ah back in their lore.
Are these ppl beside you new to the game I guess I feel some pity to the ppl who understands half on the cutscene besides understanding that they are fighting and showing all kinds of fighting moves but understands very bit about the lore and story idk you could tell ur fellow fwens more abt this happending cutscene and also addign up that it only takes place after for so many archon quests and lore explanation but I like how you tell about the main thing on the spot to the ppl so they know at least who's the bad and good fighting each other. Sorry for the long comment if you may know that i just noticed this while watching your reaction pls dont feel offended! :)
Haha no worries!! Yeahh only me (Loops) and spicy play the game at the moment the others dropped it around Inazuma and don’t know too much about the lore apart from what I tell them lol. But yeah I’ve been playing the game since release also spicy. - Loops
