I have the barbie dream house and it’s so cute! I do kinda wish they made it in the vintage style Polly pockets like they did with friends and Harry Potter, I’m surprised they didn’t.
In the 60s and 70s houses were built with stone or brick at the base of the house and then timber on top, that's why you are seeing that texture on the Barbie house. So from my perspective and experience you do have a retro house, just think The Brady Bunch. 🙂
Also, my guess would be that the black character is the second Barbie from Big City Big Dreams. I haven't really been keeping up with the new era of Barbie films though so I can't say who the third character is.
Like you, I’ve only seen the first Despicable Me movie, and I barely remember it. The only thing that stuck was Agnes aggressively saying “It’s so FLUFFY” 😆 I can relate to the cuteness aggression.

Bob goes outside and tries to find a puppy friend and has a couple of fails the he encounters this Alien in the spaceship and calls him Puppy, and then Bob ends up reuniting Puppy with his family 💗
