I loaded my car trunk with things I needed, with an air mattress on my rear seat, wore a seat belt and started a new journey. A journey with my Stardust (name of my car), driving to places where both of our hearts purely wants to go, stay for as many days or as little days as we want. To watch sunsets and sunrises, to feel alive when we witness the vast mesmerizing landscapes. To finally expand our room from 1000sqft to vast openness of this beautiful world.
I felt so alive to be on roads, to drive in heavy rain, to see the terrain gradually change from buildings to cacti to pine trees to red canyons and finally the mighty monuments and the beautiful people who belong to the valley.
I call this trip, Overlanding Stardust. I am driving towards the north for now, with no set itinerary, it’s open, and it’s going to be wild and free. In this trip I will not be focusing on tourist attractions that much, instead I will stop in all small towns, towns where just a few hundreds and few thousand people live a slow and happy life and connect with them deeply. Stay with them under the galaxy, stay in farms, in deep wilderness etc
My first stop in this thousands of kilometers journey is, Monument valley ♥️ I would like to share my journey with all of you and also take you along with me through my posts and stories as I drive from Phoenix all the way to the North of USA towards Montana.
