350 for 2 hrs, pan completely sealed and covered in aluminum foil. Then set oven to 400 and cook for 20 mins uncovered on a flat pan in the barbecue sauce. So tender they fell apart!!! 💕 Tysm for this!

This was an amazing recipe that my kids ask for every night. Instead of bbq, I used a waffle cone, swapped the spices for sprinkles and instead of ribs, I used chocolate ice cream. This was so wrong from the very beginning lol liquid smoke? Lol ok when you’re pulling to wrap or put on your sauce you actually need to braise them first when they reach around 165 internal. Then pull when they’re around 195-200 and mop with sauce. Stick back on for 15-20 minutes and they’ll actually be tender instead of this bone dry monstrosity.
