In this mini documentary we follow Greg Minnaar, South African downhill legend, in his quest for his fourth rainbow jersey. He knows how to win it, he knows how to put it all together in the final run. It's his specialty. But can he do it again in Vallnord, Andorra, during the 2015 World Championships?

What does the “eye thumb” exercise accomplish starting at 2:40? I’ve never seen that before as a prep step in an athletic event. Looks like a DUI (driving under the influence) exercise a cop would have you do after he pulls you over.
looks like he's on a balance board or on one foot. Looks to be a balance exercise.
