Rollformer for Road Barrier System

Fully automatic, Computer-operated road barrier System roll-forming line for different profiles and assembly elements.
The system completely covers production of all necessary elements (barrier beam, column, distance profiles, clamps etc. - total 7 parts) for production of one or two-sided barriers with different distance and column profile length.
The line consists of feed-in system, rollforming sections (cassette type), punching, notching, cutting units and bending presses, operated by control system PLC.
