From my experience, most stuff looks legit AF. Some of the shoes you would literally have to ask someone to take it off so you could tell the difference. By that point, it basically is legit if you know what I mean. This is just my experience with friends and myself buying in these markets.

Tan’s prestos might actually be fake. The inner part of the midsole should have a more pink hue, but his are more similar to the eggshell colour of the midsole. Also the orange tab should be more sharp around the corners, while his look more rounded. Not forsure fake, but some flaws i can point out for sure. Great Video btw!!
