I don't understand. When playing pai gow the number in lighted box should be the dealers hand. So if the number is 3 then as the cards come out the 3rd set of cards should be the dealers cards.These dealers just deal any which way.

The number is where the action starts. The first card goes to seat 3 if the number is 3. Dealer is always 1.
Bummer! The dealer had almost every hand and you struggled to get anything. Those days suck!
Change up your spot on pia gow. Move around
Dealer set a wrong hand. 2 and 4 should keep together If they had a K on top.
I think the way they set the cards depend on the particular casino.

Joker can only be used to complete a straight or a flush. Otherwise, it's an Ace
I know the dealer was pulling some hands but those spots you were in were really sucky. Why not move to a new spot?

You need to call banker every other hand especially since you're playing solo. You would have gotten his cards every other hand and won.
Can you call banker on face-up?
You can't bank on face up, if you could it would be the only game I play lol
