I've tried to do this 4 times and keeps coming out wrong so I wrote the pattern down and you have 2 stitches wrong on the ch2 ,sk3, sc, it should be sk2 , on the ch2 , sk2, 5dc , it should be ch2, sk3, 5dc , I was doing the 3 sets of 12 like your first one you were showing how to do it , but I'm still ending up with 3 spare at the end not sure how the 2 ends should be thought they should be the same not ,different also ,start you have skip 2 space , on the end you have sk 1 space I'm giving up I've crochet for 50 years but some things just don't work out , shame as I like the pattern..
