      Inverter 200 se 220 volt deta Hain, hamare inverter me 12 volt se 220 volt karne k liya transformer laga rahta hain ,
      Transformers ac pe Kam karta Hain aur inverter ki PCB DC ko ac karta Hain isliya 12 volt DC se 12 volt ac aur 12 volt ac se 200volt ya 220 volt output deta Hain.

    Sir PWM Circuit use for square wave first two channel MOSFET type inverter , for pure sine wave inverter four channel MOSFET type.Use both inverter circuit PWM .

      Jab inverter mains pe chalti hai, tab inverter ka transformer off rehta hai. Is halat mein, inverter mains supply ko seedha aapke ghar ke load ya appliances tak pahunchata hai, bina transformer ke kisi bhi hissa istemal kiye.
      Transformer ka kaam tab shuru hota hai jab inverter battery mode pe chalta hai, yani jab mains supply available nahi hoti. Us waqt, transformer battery ke DC power ko AC power mein convert karta hai taaki aapke ghar ke appliances ko supply di ja sake.
      Toh jab inverter mains pe hoti hai, transformer ka koi role nahi hota aur yeh off rehta hai.

    Nicket bhai, pichle 25 years se aik baat samajh mein nahee aarahi he K agar hum 12 volt ac volt rectifier laga k DC 12 volt karte hein,
    tou jab hum inverter se 12 volt DC ko AC karte hein tou wo 12 volt AC nikalna chahiay. ye 220 volt kese nikalta he ?

      Us me step up transformer ka use kiya jata hai, pehle eyy circuit 12 volt dc ko 12 volt ac me convert Karega, eske bad uss 12 volt ac ko step up transformer ke maddad se 220v ac mei convert kia jata hai, I hope you understood...

      To convert 12V DC to 220V AC, a device called an inverter is used. Here's how it works:
      DC to AC Conversion: The inverter first converts the 12V DC (Direct Current) to 12V AC (Alternating Current) using electronic circuitry. This involves creating an oscillating signal that alternates between positive and negative voltages, simulating an AC waveform.
      Voltage Step-Up: The 12V AC is then stepped up to 220V AC using a transformer. Transformers work on the principle of electromagnetic induction and require AC input to function. The basic operation of the transformer involves two coils of wire (primary and secondary) wound around a magnetic core. When AC flows through the primary coil, it creates a magnetic field that induces a higher voltage in the secondary coil if the number of turns in the secondary coil is greater than the primary.
      Here's a step-by-step breakdown:
      Step 1: Oscillation
      The inverter uses an oscillator circuit to convert the 12V DC into a square wave or modified sine wave AC at the same voltage level. This is usually done using transistors or MOSFETs that switch the DC voltage on and off rapidly, creating an alternating pattern.
      Step 2: Transformation
      The AC output at 12V is then fed into a transformer. The transformer has two windings: the primary winding connected to the 12V AC input and the secondary winding which will provide the 220V AC output.
      Step 3: Voltage Conversion
      Primary Winding: The 12V AC is applied to the primary winding of the transformer.
      Secondary Winding: Due to electromagnetic induction, a higher voltage is induced in the secondary winding. The ratio of the number of turns in the secondary winding to the number of turns in the primary winding determines the step-up ratio. For instance, if the transformer has a 1:18.33 turn ratio, the 12V AC input will be stepped up to approximately 220V AC output.
      Step 4: Output Filtering (if needed)
      For a pure sine wave inverter, additional circuitry is used to filter and smooth the output to produce a clean sine wave AC. For modified sine wave inverters, the output may be a stepped approximation of a sine wave.
      Simplified Example
      Input: 12V DC
      Oscillation: Convert 12V DC to 12V AC (square wave or modified sine wave)
      Transformation: Use a transformer to step up 12V AC to 220V AC
      Output: 220V AC
      This entire process ensures that the 12V DC from a battery or solar panel is converted to a usable 220V AC, suitable for powering standard household appliances.
