Good Choices. The home in Bermuda is Amazing..! You can be there from New York in less than two hours. From snow to sun in the time for most to commute to work..!
Unless things have changed, only Bermudians can own property in the country. What they own is a long-term lease on the property that is not allowed to be willed to any other person. To receive the property, the will recipient must buy the property lease again at current market rate. This helps keep out foreign developers.
Actually since Michael's Mum is Bermudian he Can own Bermudian property and in fact Does. 🤓

That's the one that I'd give up!! I'm 62 and have lived in apartments all of my life starting in chicago! I've owned my home for about 8 years now and I'd NEVER almost, live in an apartment again unless in Manhattan and I would ONLY be using it for specific occasions!!!

I would be scared as a celebrity. The homes are fun to watch but she revealed where there apartment is, and the city/ country of all their homes. Even without the address, I wouldn’t want the relative location of my home to be given away. Fun video tho!

nice couple. 3.5 mio USD for a house in Spain he still had to redo? It is classified property and has royal pedigree. Very nice in- and outside. All real antiques. It is more than Spanish, it also is arab. very sleek, look at the palms. The old walls around it still have canonholes. See how the water is lead to the terraces. I find rhe entrance at the Irvington mansion does not match the style of the house itself. Who put that there and what is the use of it? To have a dry foot there is other solutions. This big boy has spend a fortune on old and contemporary antiques. Tsss...
