Marija611 You should be able to veganize this. Oreos are vegan, use a butter substitute instead of butter. Use vegan cream cheese and whipped coconut cream instead of the dairy products. Also may need to find vegan jello.
Ruthie good point. Its just that, i live in a small town and sometimes its hard to find vegan substitutes for everything. For example I've never seen vegan cream cheese around although I've looked everywhere. I guess I just have to stick with Oreos dipped in almond milk 😂🍶🍪

What's the difference between a blender and food processor? I don't have a food processor, would I be able to use the blender to crush my cookies instead?
You could try your blender. I think the main difference between the two is the bottom of the machine. Blenders are just more narrow and the blades may be smaller because they mostly deal with liquids. You can chop up ice with blenders, I don't see why you can't do cookies.
for this recipe, was it one or two tubes of Cool Whip you needed to make the whole thing? I rarely use cool whip so I am unsure of the size/amount I would use. I am rather curious about making this :)
Are the pieces of strawberry hard at all? I'm wary of using raw strawberries in frozen recipes because I made the mistake of making strawberry ice cream with chunks of raw strawberry before and the pieces were as hard as a rock when frozen and it made it impossible to eat
so many calories I would die before I try it! how about motivating us to eat healthier, this has all sugar. I lost alot of weight now I would never eat anything like that, 2 tbsp of whip is about 90 cal can you imagine eating a slice? no thanks plenty of substitutes to satisfy my sweet cravings without all the calories.

Yes this has a lot of calories in it, it is a decadent dessert. I make decadent desserts on this channel and have been doing so for years. I will continue to make them because there are many people that realize they can have a piece of dessert every once and a while in moderation and still be healthy. 2 tbsp of Cool Whip is about 20 calories btw.

itseffinsexxitime the recipe is refrigerated not frozen. The strawberries will have their normal texture
This isn't a frozen dessert, you chill it in the refrigerator. It is quite soft (except for crust that is crunchy)
