Hi Rob, This is good idea. Practical and useful. Everything is in order. Easy to access. I like the desktop instant access tool station. You planned everything in detail and beautifully. All tools now have a regular place. A great challenge. It's a very nice gesture of posting the blueprints of this design on your website. You did a good job. Congratulations. Thank you for sharing. I agree with your thoughts on the vaccine. I wish you have a nice weekend. See you. Big greetings. Your friend Mehmet
Thank you Mehmet, it was fun to plan and build this one - thinking about which tools to include and the importance or usefulness of them for normal workflow. Cheers, Rob 🙏👍
Lol, you have unlocked cheat mode voice overs. Let me know when you unlock cheat mode sanding and finishing, I really want that code. 😂 Thanks for the shout out mate, though I'm not too sure how I feel my work being an inspiration for others. It seems it could be the beginning of the end times.
lol 😂 this is the second one with the "guest" narrator, but I think you missed the other one. What happened was I found that other guys one when I watched his end grain gluing video but I decided to make your one instead because - you know - you don't glue end-grain to end-grain, but then I realised that yours wouldn't hold hundreds* of tool like his. Okay, inspiration is too much of an emotive word I admit. I should have just said I ripped of ideas from this dude and this dude. Anyway you said you wanted the code to unlock finishing - here you go : ua-cam.com/video/eaClhzlpc_0/v-deo.html
@@TakamiWoodshop I probably did miss the other vid with guest narrator. I'm flat out like a lizard drinking at the moment. The super surfacer takes care of the sanding on flat panels, but how does it go with sanding in between coats? I'm guessing it takes me back to raw wood 😂😂😂
Sanding between coats is going to seem easy if you have a super surfacer because you're going to be spending all your time sharpening the blade in that thing and dialing it back in aren't you, that's my take on it.
Hey Ryno mate cheers dude. Good for a bit of a laugh. The caddy, yeah pretty handy - if you're making one check out the other videos in the description - that's where I stole most of my ideas 🤣

Cheers man but every time I pull out the speed square I worry that I'm going to smash my digital calipers. Might have to go back to the drawing board - also - need way more holes for sharpies and pencils and shizz like that.
Yeah that makes sense. Maybe just swap the positions of the square and taller items in front of it? I wonder if a pen/cil cup hole would work better than individual holes?
Yeah I do all the work and he just yaps about it in an annoying monotone. (and now some ba*stard is going to say "which one of you has the annoying monotone?") You could drill another hole in there for an extension shaft for your forstner drill. Well, maybe they don't work with forstner bits, but they are very handy to have in your arsenal and do work with cheapo spade bits. Cheers, David
Hey David, I know what you mean, I've got one of them actually. They have a quarter inch hex fitting on them that takes your normal impact driver style bits which spade bits also use. I would have used it if it weren't for that fact that my spade bits are cheap nasty ones and not a one of them is straight. 20mm holes end up being about 25mm and the drill press almost vibrates itself onto the floor. What level are you guys at now?
@@TakamiWoodshop Sadly, Level 3, Step 1. Going back to the spade bits, I got significantly better performance from them when I upgraded my drill press. Before the upgrade most holes drilled were of poor quality (didn't matter what sort of drill bits used). With the new drill press even using drill bits of inferior quality the holes are substantially better. (I think performance on the old drill press was due to too much "run out").
