Amchur powder -- 1 tsp
Salt -- 1 Tbs
Red chilli powder -- 1/2 tsp
Green chillies -- 2
Coriander leaves -- 2 Tbs
Garlic ginger paste -- 1 Tbs
Jaggery powder -- 1 Tbs
Ajwain -- 1 tsp
