13:45 For context, the Singapore government had given them a Loan to make the game and part of the terms for the contract was that Ubisoft had to employee a certain amount of Singapore employees on the development team. So if they were to just _not release_ the game, their citizen's would have been prematurely let go (and potentially lose out on learning the skillsets gained in the polishing period right before release where A LOT of work is done), so they forced Ubisoft to hold up their end of the contract even if it lost money. Certainly benefited Singapore regardless of the game's success since Ubisoft would still need to pay their employees up until the game's completion and that money would be mostly spent in Singapore (so the money gets back to the government eventually).

I forgot how shit Superstars is. The maps are small with nothing in them, and they don't even render other player's models when its not their turn.
