These homes with the furnishings left behind tell a story of everyday life. I wish there was a video time machine that would allow me, from an anthropological point of view, to go back visually in time and observe the lives of the families that lived in these houses. I'd like to observe the wares and furnishings that was left behind. PRICELESS!
Yess that is indeed also the case with this property. Sometimes walking through some small streets looking inside the houses you still have that sense of time traveling you are talking about ;)
Thank you so much for taking the time to share the houses. When you make the video if it isn't to much trouble do you think you could add in a little bit more info about the village? Like how far the Cafe is, if there is a market, and little things like that. If not, no worries! We enjoy your videos. Thank you.
Hi there, thankyou my pleasure! Yesss will definitely do that. This was a spontanous last minute viewing so didnt have much time, but will include extra info in next videos. Have a mice day 😁
We thank you so much for the videos. As out of country buyers it really helps to get a feel of the homes. If possible could You zoom out when filming rooms. As is when you walk in the room it only shows upper part of room.
Hi there, you are welcome, glad they are helping you 😁 getting small spaces on camera a little tricky unfortunately without a wide angle lens, but it is on my list to get at some point ;)
For this price a property in these conditions is extremely difficult to find nowadays. So, I just imagine the queue of interested people. Of course it depends on each one but the repairs are not that desperate but it would even be possible to live in the act of purchase, because it is not in such bad condition.
I'm surprised if they really have a lot of people lining up for this one as it didn't grab me at all. Quite a lot of work, no garden, I'd prefer a better TV than the one I saw, and there's no dungeon for annoying visitors (slip of the tongue, I meant wine cellar). That sweep of the river was beautiful though.
I guess there is also a group of people that don’t want to much land, since that also comes with a lot of responsibility and work. For example, Portuguese people that lives in the big cities and want a holiday home with not much maintenance. haha well it also is not a 1200 Mourish building for it to have a dunguen :p
I would suggest that you change the angle of your phone, or take as much distance as you can because it is very difficult to get an idea of the house because you are too close to the walls.
Three things: 1) Get wide angle camera because it was impossible to see the rooms/spaces with floor and ceiling in one view - this is important to gauge the space and how it connects to other spaces, pan 'slowly' across the room horizontally, without random turns and twists 2) Might help if you give key context information such as nearest city and how far, key amenities around etc 3) I am told to runaway whenever estate agents mention "a lot of interest" (indicating decide fast, avoid research) - the woman's voice didn't sound particularly good either (sounded like British expats turned the wanna be real-estate brokers) :))
First of all: Hello, thanks for watching! 1) I will at some point, but since this quite the investment we will have to do without it for now 2) Agree, I usually do in all my videos, however this was viewed last minute in favor of a contact of mine that already knew the area. And I decided to share it with you guys on a whim, which was not the plan initially 3) The agents seemed professional and have been living there for years, also the house got sold within a few days. Always good to keep an eye out of course because you never know, however this video of also only shows just a few seconds of them. 😁
Hello, thankyou. That’s odd, I can hear everything loud and clear. Maybe turning on the subtitles wil help. Here is the listing, you can also find it in the description box of the video www.idealista.pt/imovel/32550974/
You presented it in a great way, but i think it's way to much what they asking for it. No garden, to close to the road. I've seen much better and with hectare's more land. But the view is beautiful. I love the off grid properties, pre 1951 buildings. Hope you do that kind of properties sometimes. Maar altijd leuk om naar je te kijken. Tot de volgende..
thanks! I guess this may be more appealing for people who want to have a house in the country side but also want to stay close to city like Coimbra and not want the responsibility and care of big pieces of land.

Normally what happens is people die and children want to sell it because they live in cities.

Videos just keep getting better, looks like you're networking with locals in a good way..fav part was the " shed like situation"..😂
thankyou! haha yes was a little in doubt what to call it 😋

Thank you for sharing! 👍Great potential by demolishing walls for breathtaking views!❤
You are welcome 😊 would be great if that outside wall would go down right!
Nice looking village
Penacova is definitively gorgeous 🤗
What a gem, if you like to have projects, and have the time… it could be absolutely perfect for someone who doesn’t want to tend to land.
Exactly!
What a gem…..huge chunk of coal more like….gem…🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Can not hear what you are saying you made a nice video but very bad sound please

@@tworiversprojects je zoekt wel bij de juiste mensen. Lokale bewoners weten vaak leukere en mooiere plekjes te vinden dan makelaars.
@@MrRoay Ja zo kom ik soms plotseling hele leuke plekjes tegen :)
Hello Ma'am, how are you
Beautiful house , where it is in Portugal, which city ?
We want to buy home and searching on idealista
Can you tell us what is the size of this ground
All the info is in the link in the description :)

❤...how to search job your country I am from india?
It needs total renovation!
Yep, like most propeties in Portugal!
A lot for not very much!
If have seen a lot less for the same price and a lot more, all depends on what people are looking for I guess
I would have a bulldozer demolish it to level ground and walk away you would save a lot of money and the neighbours would be happy.
😢👍🏼
@@tworiversprojects I wouldn’t listen to this comment 😊❤🙌🏼
