By far my favourite of Chen's albums and so underappreciated. It's shocking (& infuriating) how little attention it received. Love your love for this!
My fave Chen's song is now Mirage of Flower, soooo beautiful. Exo's japanese albums just hit different ❤
Jongdae did an excellent job with this album, seeing that he explored various musical genres, especially rock, is a dream come true. I feel so happy and proud every time I hear one of his songs. Anyway, thank you for the incredible reaction

This album is just masterpiece. As a J-rock lover i fell in love from the start my favorite is of course free world and mirage of flower is decanting's twin ( and decanting is my favorite suho song ). Not only that this album is japanese so thanks to my anime weeb ass i can sing along easily unlike korean. This album did eveything right and like perfect PERFECT. Thanks for reacting

My favorite of the album is On The Road. I kept saying it ever since I've heard Lil's Something and Bye Babe that this kind of funky-or-jazzy-or-whatever-it-is style suits his voice so much 😮💨
The songs were released in order from Break Out and ending on Light Of My Life and yes, the latter is title track.
I hate that they were releasing the songs one by one instead of just one big release 😑
Polaris was a whole Japan concert tour and on some stops he sang specific songs twice or even three times. Free World being one of them 🥹 lucky people that got to experience the energy this man has and during My Sunshine he actually went around the venue close to the fans 😭 I'm so jealous
In the middle of the tour he had a birthday fan meeting where he did that low and high note challenge.
As for "Before the petals fall" it's not an OST. He took part in a 'relationship project' which shows different stages of a relationship from falling in love to break-up. He was obviously the first artist in this project. I can't say who else participated though.
And yes. He can sing any genre and he'll slay everything, his ability is that amazing 🤬
As for other releases by EXO members you most likely missed, there are quite a few like whole Lay D.N.A alliance album that dropped suddenly after DNA festival, Xiumins OST Daisy, Lay's Pokemon Party, and most recent one Baekhyun for LoL boy group Heartsteel... And I'm not sure if you've heard Xiumins collab Who?

He did say he wants this album to be more different from the rest of his albums. 😂😂😂. But as a soondingie as well, its soo happy to how contented and happy and positive he is rn. Those toxic KNETZ doesnt deserve this Chenshine

I Don't Even Mind is still unbeatable for me but this is by far my favorite album by Chen. I always end up with one or two songs off of albums that I play on repeat but this is a rare case of an entire album staying on repeat. It just feels like it needs to be played all together and I still can't get enough 🥰
