I will definitely touch upon this point, I haven't faced any major with my proximity sensor yet but the vibrations do feel kinda plasticky

I’m using the Stock Launcher on my phone :)
As for changing icons, you can do this easily in Xiaomi’s Themes App - it’s like the primary way to do it
Apart from this; some launchers change icons by default or they have options built into launcher settings that allow you to change them.

I feel overall phone - Redmi Note 10 Pro is good because of its design and above average performance.
But if you want a performance oriented phone then the Poco X3 Pro is the way to go

Yup even from what I’ve seen the Iqoo 7 does seem to be the phone to get at that price range!
I’m unaware about their software support since they are a relatively new company but hardware wise they do have a killer product and I think they will pick it up in terms of software.

Now since your budget is around 40K
if pursuing BBA I believe you can get away with an iPad but there will be some adjusting
for example, you will have to get an external keyboard and then get used to the touch first interface on the ipad to make presentations or word documents
studying and researching and word processing will be the easiest on it
If you have access to a desktop or laptop at home, you can get an iPad it will be perfect
If the iPad will be your first and only device at home then I recommend getting a laptop -- something like the Mi Notebook amzn.to/3uHJRSX or this HP Laptop amzn.to/3hgp8BX
you will find some versions near the 40K mark, but those give up on SSDs which I believe is essential to have a good experience with devices in this price range

Yes it has a glass back.
I know some websites say it is Plastic but that is not the case.

Bro, use mobile in dark mode in dark invironment very dark in very low brightness and openn game mode and, notifications light, and notifications pannel observe it's so bad quality show
I have used it in such environments to test it
and there is only an issue with greys

It cuts back on USB port standards (has two USB A 2.0’s) and only one USB C 3.1 but I don’t think this is that big of a bummer - it offers other lot more bang for the buck features.

I’d say iPhone 11 if you want to use your phone for creative reasons - photography or videography - and longer software update cycles are necessary

If you see properly redmi note 10 have 409 ppi but redmi note 10 pro have 395 ppi why redmi did this because refresh rate?
PPI stands for pixels per inch
when your display size increases but resolution remains the same, this value will change
Note 10 Pro has a larger 6.78 inch display compared to the 6.43 on the Note 10.
Hence you see a lower ppi value

They do have to optimise their animations but I don’t think the phone will disappoint anybody at this price.
Optimised games run well, Genshin Impact and Fortnite are a little too demanding

specifications wise, this device is nicer to use
some tests show the 8 having a faster processor, but that is not something one will notice as much in day to day usage
Are bhaai. Black ka back plastic hai. Pata karo. Sirf blue aur bronze glass hai.
nope black ka back - gloss finish wala glass hai whereas blue aur bronze ka frosted glass hai
It would be a pretty bad decision to charge each customer the same price but offer glass to some and plastic to the others.
Mere experience se I can tell you iska back glass ki tarah cold hota hai and feels the same as my OnePlus 6.
I even went ahead and ran a knife across the back to test and I didn’t get any grooves jo plastic ke saat definitely hota.
