My project is about displaying the battery voltage and current using 16x2 lcd. I connect the input side of MAX471 to the 12v lead acid battery . Output side connected to buck converter . Vt and At are connected to the A0 and A1 pins .Buck converter adjusts the incoming voltage to 5v and connected to the Vin of my arduino Uno. The displayed voltage and current are 16v and 10A. Is anything wrong on my connection ?

what OLED display module are you using ? and can i use a 2x16 LCD with i2c

The Li-ion battery you used is somewhat blown up ! Very dangerous for fire.
there is difference between mWh and mW or W. Yours is W but display showing Wh thats not right.
Something not right: reads current from 0.3 to 3 A and yet your Oled display show 0,43 mA
