For people wondering how he got his aim this good - Start off practicing with Guardian. One of the most underrated guns ever. Try to pick only headshots. The level of confidence you have and the game sense will have increased tremendously after one month.

It depends on the agents and aim style, having a higher hs% doesnt equate a better player. Someone using a guardian only will have higher hs% than most players.

Good sleep and diet will help improve but generally you can improve that much im at 170ms
