The highest bounty I've ever seen was a way too high bounty. It was 49k. I swear though, he joined for a brief moment and then left the game. Everyone was talking about it, and saying he should touch grass, lol.

highest bounty that i saw was 6000 thousand man but then the guy left i think he knew i was bounty hunting him also lasso tip u have it in right hand so if u click x you can turn camera to the right hand pov its helps a lot
keep ur player tab on, it will tell you who are wanted at all times and their bounties. It is also useful because such bounties are often claimed and u wont even notice

Yeah I agree, Sheriffs don't make nearly enough money off of arresting players with bounties. There should be an average of $2,000 bounties, the same average amount you would get after a good mining run.

The highest bounty was my faction leader (our faction is Ghost) with a bounty around 164k.

be aware that some people spend a LOT of time commiting crimes and when you get experienced enough you can rack up way more than 600, I had a leader to a faction I was in with a 3k bounty, the highest I ever saw was 30k bounty on the leader of one of those leaderboard topper factions. He was in the server for about 10 minutes and in that time a group of 5 people including me chased him down the whole server and eventually one of us got a rly lucky shot on his head on horseback and killed him for like 10k or smth, he left the server QUICK after that
"is this a bad guy or a good guy" man it tells you above their name, it say "WANTED"
Also just a sidenote but the way its INTENDED is for the Sheriff to stay in Bronze City and deal with criminals going through the town, bank robbers, murderers, etc. But most of the time the bronze city civilians do that for em so bounty hunting as sheriff isnt to bad
