Hey Jeremy Correct me if am wrong but on link which neither has designed port or root port so to elect designed port the first criteria is the cost to root bridge if that tie we look for bridge I'd and if that to ties we pick up lowest port number. I am asking regarding link between Sw1 and Sw3
