Us trans woman also have to take hormones forever, though it varies. For example, we're given Estradial (estrogen) and spironolactone (anti-androgen testosterone blocker) but if the trans women gets bottom surgery and testicles removed, she doesn't need to take the testosterone blockers anymore.
