My top 3 is:
3) Sound Breathing. I find it quite unique as it's based on not elemental thing but physical process. Not much more I can say about it as I don't favor it that much over many other breathings.
2) Mist Breathing. Now this one is just AWESOME! Making your enemy confused, having some elements of horror is quite cool. And I find this breathing ever more awesome after it got its PERFECT adaptation in anime.
1) Moon Breathing. Being based on BDA, having most forms, having the biggest range, the unique weapon to perform and literally the best representation with MOONS during attacks. All that makes Moon Breathing the most original one out all and the second strongest being REALLY close to the Sun Breathing. What makes this breathing even more great for me is that it was performed by my favourite character and that it has the "Sun-Moon opposition" Physolophy in it which I REALLY like (and use for my own fiction).
The Sun Breathing itself I don't really like that much. As its potential in style and design was kinda wasted with it being visually identical to Fire Breathing. There's nothing in it saying anything about Sun or stars becide the names of forms. So that's a loss for me
Same for me I don't even prefer sun breathing the way it is and also moon breathing is also my #1 top favourite cuz not only is string but I like the designs and animations of the moves it looks splendid and beautiful

@@victorjackchannel I thought about it several times. It's quite hard to make SB unique actually. But, imo, the Sun Breathing would've looked great as bright white paths of the sword's swings with yellow edges and sun rays coming out of it. Without flames.
Or, just like the Moon Breathing, the Sun Breathing could've had lots of yellow circles following the sword's paths

This might sound weird but for me
1. Insect Breathing - even though you don’t need to slice or cut someone’s head off the poison is so lethal that you just stab them
2. Water Breathing - it’s defensive forms and repentless flaw to move like water is incredible
3. Beast breathing - there are only 2 breathing styles but the first one is detection and the 2nd has various slashing styles
1. Beast Breathing - It's unique because Inosuke was raised by a Boar, and it can only be performed with Dual Solar(Nichirin) Katanas, and i like Dual Wielders.
2. Insect Breathing - " Dragonfly Dance "
3. Thunder Breathing - " Godspeed "
And of course Flaming Thunder God was sick too, but Six Fold and Godspeed caught my eye.

I honestly believe Tanjuro is Yoriichi's reincarnation.
Nop, yorichi just taught tanjiro's great grandfather a dance. I know it sounds to crap it cant be true but it is. Tanjiro looks just like his grandfather too to further prove this. Also the manga is finished and was never mentioned so im 100% sure what we heard Yorichi say in the flash back about people who fight demons share the same will is all there is too it. Gay af but atleast the animation goes hard
@cameronthorley4712 I know all that, but can't but feel that Tanjuro is Yoriichi's reincarnation. The Buddhists believe that the soul gets recycled, I mean reincarnated. So it doesn't rule that Tanjuro is Yoriichi's reincarnation. Also we never see their spirits in the same place.
@@AMPMASTER10 Speculation and theroys are fine when the manga running as they can be proven. Demon slayer has finoshed and Tanjiro was never confirmed to be his reincarnation. If he was the writer would have mentioned this awesome theory but it never was. Just a fan theory

They’re all extremely unique and they don’t derive from any other breathing techniques, not many people use Sun but Moon and Beast are only used by Kukoshibo and inoske through the whole series.

I love beast breathing because inosuke is the only person who ever did it and can do it because he didn’t teach it to anyone else. Nobody else in the demon slayer corps has those cyan blue blades. It’s also very impressive an uneducated child can teach himself an entire new breathing form.

3 - Beast breathing, I mean, Inosuke literally did not have anyone to train him, he literally created that form all by himself. It's also the only one that doesn't take into consideration any element, it takes living beings as the inspiration for the attacks and that's really cool.
2- Moon breathing . Strong enough that it is feared yet still not stronger than sun breathing, leaving it at 2nd in being the strongest breathing just really reiterates the difference between the two brothers, it's such a cool dynamic, also "moon" cause kokushibo can only reflect ( his brother, yoriichi / "sun" ) light .
1st - water breathing. Especially the 13th form. It's so calm yet so powerful, it's very adaptive and I really like it

5) water, because of its elegance and ability to adapt. I don’t remember any style which forms could be stronger in certain circumstances, for example the whirlpool one
4) Moon breathing, because of that magic feeling you have when you see the full moon at night

Moon is the second hardest to master. As kokushibo mentioned, moon nor sun breathing was possible to learn to anyone else from their generation. Which makes it my favorite, since it isnt a prodigy, family secret deluxe like sun, but still is impressive

My top fav:
5th- I am not too sure what I want to choose here, for I have two~ Serpant breathing is interesting, because of the unique sword- a snake. Although it is on the harder sides to master, Obanai- the serpant hashira, has a wonderful trademark to it. On the other hand, I personally think that the Thunder breathing techniques, especially God-Speed is a really innovative breathing style that is quite hard to follow, because of the way the strenght is all put to the legs, enabling the achievement of it. I was honestly kind of suprised because in the episode of the stone hashira, Zenitsu couldn't move the rock, because the speed is meant to be exerted from the lower body, because the mass it relatively higher.
4th- Here, definitely, I choose Water breathing. No reason why, but the techniques are really fascinating.
3rd- Many might disagree here with me, but personally Mist breathing is a really great one. The Mist hashira Muichiro Tokito has a uniform that suits the breathing style, and i love it alot because of its interesting techniques.
2nd- Here, definitely, Sun breathing takes the place. Although it is extraordinarily similar to the Fire breathing, it is not the same. I find it more engaging and interesting to the rest.
1st- I honestly like Moon breathing alot. The breathing is quite impeccable, if I do say so myself.

Tbh moon breathing has so many forms because the creator of it is over 500 years old and since he was the only demon able to use a breathing for 500 years, he had a hella lot of time to create all forms. Most likely there would be even more forms if moon breathing was passed down like sun breathing.

2nd: it’s obviously uhhh Love breathing: as it is better than rizz breathing but here’s the thing it’s a girl version so it’s 2nd
