I have just started the program in January of this year and cant help but wonder how I hadn't heard about it prior to this. You gals are amazing! Love you, love the program! I went to join a class but an abusive nurse I had reported to the state was employed by them. I let them know and sent them the documentation. They ignored me and kept her on as an instructor. Tread carefully

I love your Mission and your Passion that seeps through. I felt connected to you all the first video I ever watched. You are genuine, you are real, you really want to reach out and touch people inside out, to be healthy and be the best them that they can be. I feel part of the Refit family even though I just work out with you all through video (is that weird? LOL) Many blessings to you for stepping out and fulfilling your call and purpose in life. I really enjoyed listening to your history and I can remember mine with Refit... Hot Z Team Zumba was one of my first discovery in America when I arrived in 2013, as I started to use UA-cam to keep up with working out in group though a alone...I was amazed by the content which not only toned my body but strengthened my Faith, but mostly made feel less alone, even though virtually.I remember the old name, Hot Z Team Zumba and now I continue to be blessed by Revolution Fitness! Really grateful for you and for your initiative! Thanks much Ladies and remain blessed, for you truly are blessings!

Growing up I was always feeling unworthy and like I wasn't enough. I wasn't pretty enough, I wasn't helpful enough, I wasn't good enough at anything. When I did Zumba and REFIT, it would help boost my confidence levels. When I stopped going, it definitely affected my physical and mental health. That is why I am inspired to join the team. I have learned who I am and who my Father in heaven really is and what he says about me, and I want to spread that knowledge and make other young women know that they are loved and they are enough and they are beautiful.
i actually started crying during this video. you guys are amazing and these video's will definitely help me get fit, and probably loose some weight too! keep it going guys!

I wish you had online training or would come close to me. Memphis, Little Rock, Arkadelphia Arkansas. That is where I trained for Zumba. Can your choreography be used for Zumba?
Teresa Sparkman zumba is not a thing... both refit and zumba are choreographed exercises but don’t exist outside their respective brands.
Ruth Cuadrado are you saying if you do a routine in Zumba, it’s Zumba and if you do same routine in Refit, it’s Refit? Guess I was asking if they minded using their choreography for Zumba.

Thank you so much for what you do. I just started leaning Bye Bye Bye today. I love it. I worked on it for 30 min and had such a blast I didn't even realize how long I had been doing it.
I recently had a misscarage and really wanted go get back into shape after pregnancy and depression, but I wanted to do it with something that was fun and made me happy.
I really wish we had an instructor in my town. Doing this with a group of ladies would make this even more fun.

I’m so thankful for you! I wish I could actually come take a class of yours! I’m in a wheelchair or a walker for shorter distances but recently I’ve been doing these videos sitting on a stool, especially the Christian ones. I don’t feel accepted anywhere but y’all seem like you really would care about anyone.

I can proudly say that Refit indeed changes my life ❤️❤️ I'm no more focused on losing weight (though I really need that), but what is most important to me is that I'm enjoy the process. I'm enjoying working out with you girls.

This is beautiful! I went to an experience class by myself last year and was TERRIFIED lol! By the end of the class, I felt like I had 100 new friends! Today I started the self paced program to become a certified instructor! ❤️
