  • Installing the Dell H200I raid controller into the R710 server.
    The integrated version of the H200I is Dell P/N: 0H251J
    The longer and compatible SFF8087 cables are Dell P/N: 0M264M

    its possible to get the java console working on that version of idrac, it just takes some tinkering with the security settings on your java install.

    Did you get the cable for the motherboard so you can get power to the ssd by using the internal sata connection?

      yes i did, Its just a blue colour sata cable with a combo connector on the front end with a mini SATA power plug.

    So you don't need to hook up the up the battery to the HBA for it to work? That's strange. Because my Poweredge server isn't detecting the card...

      Cool, don't need to worry about the battery, Apparently the H200 doesn't go in the designated slot for the Dell Poweredge T610 where your usual PERC 6/i card, or H700 card goes. Had to put it in the extra PCIe slots.

    Hi , I have the same server . You need java 1.7.0_80 version and it will work . nice video
