How can you log in on the website if you logged in with oculus - in starting to think there is no way since I can log in because of the password part and I didn’t hook my email up to mines

You can't log into the website with occlus. You need to log in with a vrchat account. If you don't have one, make one, then follow this video tutorial to merge them into one account.
