3 pandan leaves

1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp chicken powder
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tbsp chillies powder
1 tbsp curry powder
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp white pepper powder
2 tsp black pepper powder
2 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp chillies sauce
2 tbsp honey

6cm ginger
