That millennium time period has many passages but I do notice some of the passages Adventist ignore because doesn’t fit with current interpretation. Kind of like how Jews ignored some passages of the messiah because didn’t fit their narrative. They didn’t think outside the box and realize talking about two comings of the messiah so many missed the first coming because because only clung to the passages that talked about the Messiah coming in power and becoming king. I’ve noticed that we do the same thing about the millennium, When Jesus will reign. we think all the passages are talking about after the millennium, but I think if you’re honest, they are talking about Two time periods. Jesus reigns during the millennium and one after. unfortunately, us Adventist, take the easy way out and say those passages are conditional prophecies when in reality there’s nothing conditional about them within the text or surrounding those text. We do that because in those passages plainly states He will reign on earth before the great judgment of the dead after 2nd resurrection. not only that they’re passages in Isaiah where nothing in Isaiah has been found to be conditional prophecies. Anyways not very important because not a salvational issue but important because it will shed even more light about the great mercy seat of God and what God will do to save as many as He can working within the free will of His creation.
Bit hard to reign with anybody on earth when scriptures old and new testaments decibel it's ruination. Also do not build O doctrine on one verse or so. Line upon line, precept upon precept. Try not to defend suspect theology.
EGW was given visions & she penned it down with more detail to make it clearer.. but she always gave the glory & credit to Jesus.. She didn't ask to be chosen & she was a good woman.. 🛐
@mikewebb1586 ! YOU WILL PERISH: " My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children." (Hosea 4:6)
