I chose her to be compassionate. I'll watch for the rage version

Glad I didn't choose rage, simply because that ending feels undercooked. Well, that's just most of DA:TV tho.

To preface this, I have about 90 hours in the game and I am almost done with the second act. This quest was a missed opportunity. It felt like an afterschool special. I chose the rage because that at least was acknowledging what was done to the Titans. The Titan Harding felt like a child, throwing a temper tantrum. There is no darkness or maturity at all to any of it. Completely sanitized.

So if somebody can explain this to me if possible, what's the difference between Dwarf/Titan magic and regular mage magic? Because if all Harding can do is move rocks like an earthbender, then that's not all that impressive compared to the innumerable things regular mages can do, which includes what Titan magic can do.

Who knows what Titan can do. Nobody knows. Because for all we know Dwarf can’t do magic. It’s been too long.

Titan magic comes from the stone mage magic comes from the fade. From what I’ve gathered from lore magic is more dangerous because of where it comes from I mean, you’ve seen the fade right? Demons and spirits who can easily be warped into demons if used improperly outside of their purpose. Titan magic comes from lyrium or the stone, it can’t be possessed. We know lyruim is alive and can be blighted and that can corrupt but it’s still not possession.

To put it in an easy to perceive perspective from what I understand... The former you can simply using it as it is (Since it's all around you) while the latter has more steps (Tapping into the fade to try drawing "only" magic power from it before making something out that... all those stuff) but produce a more... Let's say, "Flashy" result. Simply put, One is basically Natural while another is more akin to Chemical... "Stone" attack magic is like throwing rocks while using "Fade" attack magic is like throwing bombs.
      - Rock is not not complex, It's easy to find and not hard to pick up one. All you need to be careful not to do is pick up the one that either too sharp or too heavy that would ended up hurting you instead of your target.
      - Bomb on the other hand is very complex to create and more difficult to use. You need the right ingredients for to make one and for it to work correctly, Not to mention that It's much more dangerous if not handle properly.
This doesn't mean Rock is weaker than Bomb. Like everything else, It depend on the user power and skill. A guy who could throw a giant boulder would win in fight against a guy with a little firecracker but then again, The guy with a firecracker could also win against the boulder guy if he is skilled enough that he could throw his at the other guy face and knock him out out before he could do the same... And vice versa.
And sure, Moving rock is not as impressive as creating fire out of thin air or something along that line... But then again, Harding just recently come knew this power. Who can say that is all it was about? Like earth bending, It could still progress into something more... Metal bending, Magnetism Manipulation, Terraforming, etc. It really depend on what they will do with it in the next one... IF... there is the next one.
