Operators are fiis and diis they don't manipulate they trade based on their speculation so whenever market goes up suddenly its because they have bought in huge amount its not manipulating. Manipulation penny stocks mai hota hai.

Investors were mostly poor in West Bengal , and their were also a lots of agent of this chit fund ...so after scam came in light, poor peoples were lost all their money that they managed to invest year after year , It shattered all their hope to a future of their children education ,children marriage , and a lot of people suicide. All the khun pachine ki maahnat was gone.The middleman or the agent felt the worst ,they are mostly not enough educated about what was all it, they were poor too and they jst need a employment opportunity .Chit fund managers were give them employment with huge incentives ..
