This piece is from the "Canadian Suite." It's about the train journey, view the Canadian Rocky mountain through the window, the Andes are bigger,but are cold and ruthless blue. Quote what Oscar said: "the feeling of the music is somewhat like that of the eastern provinces of Canada,except that the scene as you approach is much more imposing. yet there's an almost ethereal quality to the Rockies. That's what I tried to show, and that's the reason for the title."
